750ml growler poured into a Hill Farmstead stem.

Pour: Completely hazy golden orange, with a thick, sticky three fingers of off white head. Tons of lacing last the entire glass.

Smell: Loads of grapefruit, white pepper, and mangos burst from the glass to start. Some pear creeps in. A stick honey sweetness comes through, and a touch of bread. Nose closes with more sweet citrus.

Taste: First, delicious fresh grapefruit and tangerines. A touch of floral hop character, and lots of clean white pepper. Some pine. A larger bready sweetness than I was expecting, but it works well. Finishes with a sticky sweetness and fresh citrus fruits.

Mouthfeel: Quite sticky, with just a small residual sweetness. Very refreshing. No trace of the 8%.

Overall: Great DIPA. Maybe the least favorite DIPA from HF for me yet, but still head and shoulders above the rest.
