Poured from the growler into a goblet.

Pours a slightly cloudy golden amber color. The nose is full of citrus peel bitterness and grassy hops. The flavor is even nicer than the nose. I'm getting citrus peel hop bitterness along with a grassy note here as well. There is just enough light malt behind the hops, gives the beer a pleasant bread like characteristic.. The finish is bitter with a slightly fruity note. The carbonation is smooth with a dry finish.
