Imperial IPA brewed in collaboration with our friends at Cigar City Brewing Company. Brewed with rice and and an abundance of worldly hops.

Growler poured into a GI tulip
A - Golden, hazy yellow. Has a nice head that settled down to a rocky layer of foam.
S - Light honey sweetness mixed in with tropical fruits of tangerine and pineapple
T - Light honey sweetness hits the palate first. Then, there is a mix of tropical flavors with pineapple and orange. Next, on the finish, the is a slight bitter pine that cuts through that I didn't notice in the nose. Overall, nicely flavored and balanced IIPA that brings a nice mix of flavors.
MF - Light body overall but has plenty of carbonation that gives this a nice, thick mouthfeel. This actually works out well for the beer as it makes it easy to drink while still having a nice thick body you expect from the style.
O - Overall, a solid DIPA from Hill Farmstead. I was really impressed by the mouthfeel and the array of hops t hat show themselves is this one.
