[A] Arrives with a bright white finger of fluffy foamy head resting above an orange creamcicle colored body. Light orange with a pale white softness. Opaque as all of Shaun's IPAs are. Lacing in thin sedimentary layers, connected every so often by a few craggily strands.

[S] Bitter orange and white grapefruit. Non-descript malt bill. High gravity is evident but not offensive. Straightforward.

[T] Bright citrus flavored hops with near bracing bitterness. Fleeting melon-like flavors poke thru every once in a while on the finish. Spiked honeydew and cantaloupe.

[M] Creamy smooth initially with a firm persistent carbonation immediately after - and thru to the finish. Semi-fine and moderately coarse. Medium body, leans dry.

[O] Man, the grading curve sure is tough for Hill Farmstead IPAs... To put it into perspective: Nor is probably better than 98% of DIPAs out there - but it doesnt even make Top 5 hop-centric beers in Hill Farmstead's portfolio.
