A-hazy golden color with a nice white head and good lacing

S-citrus, pine, tropical fruit, slight bitterness

T-grapefruit, tropical fruit, pine, nice solid hop finish which lingers on the palate

F-medium body with moderate carbonation, crisp and smooth

O-a delicious and flavorful DIPA with great balance

A - Hazy orange with pineapple accents. Nice foamy head to it

S - Tons of pineapple, mango and citrus

T - Good pine bitterness with loads of mango and pineapple. Good citrus presence. Nice pine bitterness lingers in the finish.

M - Medium body with light astringent finish

O - Solid double IPA that balances the citrus and pine aspects really well.

Beer pours hazy golden with some beautiful frothy head on top which falls down to a nice sticky lacing. No qualms here. A beautiful beer.

This is the biggest and badest citra hop beer out there, IMO. Huge citrus notes of tangerine, grapefruit peel, and pineapple. I also detect some honey sweetness and bready yeast underneath it all. So complex and big.

Taste follows the smell. Its big and reminiscent of the other big citra beer. Wonderful, complicated, and explosive citrus flavors hit all parts of my palate. A nice (and unique) sweetness followed by an almost creamy aftertaste. It must be the yeast or well water that gives this beer such a unique flavor. It's so damn good.

Medium MF, medium carbonation, creamy texture. Fantastically drinkable. This is on point.

Overall, one of my favorite citra beers. HF does not disappoint. What a wonderful treat!
