Bottle: Poured a hazy and somewhat dirty golden color ale with a superb large foamy head with great retention and some really good lacing. Aromas of Brett notes are quite dominant with some refreshing white wine vinous notes. Taste is a superb mix between some white wine grapes, some light balanced funky Brett notes with light dry finish and some light oaks notes can also be detected. Rustic malt notes are well balanced and help keep the whole thing together. Body is quite full with great carbonation. Very complex and also easily drinkable beer.

750ml bottle into a Gandhi Bot snifter. *batch 2

A~ hazy golden orange with a lacing slight white head.

S~ citrus up front followed by pepper, bready yeast, and slight pineapple (almost like Juicy)

T~ **NOW! DO NOT DRINK THIS TOO COLD! definitely better as it warms! up front tart lemon with a tad of vinegar followed by peppery citrus saison yeast just like Arthur.

M~ very carbonated, smooth, kind of like champagne. also pretty dry.

O~ not exactly what i was expecting but still very delicious! HF saisons have to my favorite brew of all time, i probably say this a lot. Art is definitely not my favorite but still amazing. just remember to let it warm up before you drink it and you'll be good!

750 ml bottle, generously shared at the Peg's tasting on 3/8/13.

A- Pours a hazy dark golden color, finger or so of white head.

S- Really nice blend of apples, pear and fruity brett aromas. Wet oak, musty, earthy yeast and mild spiciness. Smells very nice overall.

T- Nice mild fruity flavors, apple and pear, brett complements this nicely with more fruitiness. Wet oak flavors blend with some earthy, dry yeast flavors and some grassiness.

M- Medium-bodied, moderate carbonation, smooth feel.

O- A great saison, the barrel flavors complement the dry, fruity saison flavors really nicely.

Thanks Eric for sharing, happy birthday buddy!

Peachy pastel orange, fluffy cap of foam, spotty lacing.

Fruity aroma, pineapple and passion fruit, dry grassiness in the background.

Tart fruity flavors, citrus and vaguely tropical. Dry and light bitterness in the aftertaste, mild oaky dryness. Medium bodied with firm tartness, quenching and drinkable. Overall it's nice, reminds me of a fruitier Temptation.
