Hazy golden-yellow pour with a frothy white head resting on top. Building retention due to the lively carbonation level, sticky lacing everywhere, wonderful retention.

Crisp and inviting nose with snappy Belgian yeast and faint tartness. Touches of honey sweetness and biscuit with fresh cut grass, lemon peel and cracked pepper.

Soft snap of invigorating floral hops followed by lemon peel and peppered spice. Toasted biscuit backbone, faint sweetness with wildflowers and honey. Crisp tartness towards the back end with light yeasty funk and citrus. Finishes dry and bubbly.

Medium body, higher carbonation, effervescent and refreshing on the tongue. Flat out, this is just ridiculously delicious. Wonderful balance, depth of flavor and an excellent drinking experience. I want more.
