Pours a light, very hazy wheat yellow, large nearly white head with lots of large bubbles, and lots of thick lacing.
Aggressive hop aroma, pine and bitter citrus, grapefruit and some grass, definitely smells like Columbus. Really big aroma and not much here except hops, smells great.
Taste is aggressive hops too, big grapefruit and tangerine, some pine and grass, a little weed character. Columbus hops are really dominant here again. Pretty bitter, but also a hint of fruity sweetness. Delicious.
Carbonation level is perfect, soft and creamy mouthfeel that keeps drinkability very high despite the fairly high bitterness. Excellent.
This is a wonderful IPA. Great aroma, great flavor too of course, great drinkability.

Poured from a 750 mL growler into a Hill Farmstead stemmed tulip. This beer was poured fresh 6 days ago.
Appearance: Pours a hazy blonde and leaves a finger or two of white head which leaves some nice lacing.
Smell: Nice earthy tones as well as some pine and citrus notes/lemon rinds. Definitely a hops dominant IPA, but the hops are well balanced and create a very nice aroma.
Taste: The taste matches the scent well - pine, earthy tones, citrus. A nicely balanced hop dominant IPA with a nice, light (but hoppy) finish. The piney hops really come out nicely in this one. Very refreshing IPA.
Mouth-feel: Nicely carbonated with a nice light body. Finishes supremely smooth with the alcohol hidden.
Overall: A nice and refreshing IPA with some huge hop character - delicious. This is dangerously close to a perfect awesome session IPA, but may have a bit too much flavor (not a bad thing). A great IPA.

A - Pours a light medium orange gold color with a fluffy two fingered, frothy white head and lots of nice carbonation.
S - Dank citrus and delicate floral aroma.
T - A massive wall of grapefruit bitterness foremost followed by floral bitterness that dominate throughout and ends with a healthy mouth coating of red grapefruit and floral bitterness. Light biscuity malt underneath doesn't stand a chance with the hoppy punch of this beer, it's the to keep the hops in check, is a very hop forward beer.
M - Light medium body and a very dry, long, lingering bitter finish.
O - Nice low alcohol and nice bitterness, overall taste is bigger than the ABV of the beer which is refreshing for a change.

750ml growler poured into a Founders snifter.
A~ glowing neon yellow, with a nice head and slight lacing.
S~ a little floral, slight citrus and lots of earthy pine. a little HF funk as well.
T~ lots of hop bitterness up front, followed by a little lemony citrus and tons of pine on the finish.
M~ a perfectly carbonated IPA, very full and pretty dry.
O~ not my favorite hoppy HF, but still great as always. i'd go for something else if you have the choice but still definitely worth it. i love how that HF "flavor" comes through in all their brews. it must be the well water ;]
