An Irish car bomb in a glass. A rich milk stout with 1 pound of Irish Cream flavored coffee beans added per barrel.

Pours a deep brown black with half a finger of foamy head that settles to a thin ring with some lacing. Aroma of chocolate and coffee. Taste follows nose. Very smooth.

Hits good dark brown consistency through it and a 3/4" tan head. Aroma is just superb. All kinds of the chocolate coffee beans jump out. Then the lactose rounds and smoothes it all out.
The taste continues to awe almost as much as the aroma, its rich, a little sweet, but has the malt bill to keep the mouthfeel from getting away from the sturdy two row and chocolate malt in the right proportion. Did I not mention vanilla creme? Its there. Alcohol nowhere to be found on the palate.
Something I'll always order when I'm in the area. That good.

Biz trip to Scottsdale gave me the chance to drop in the little strip mall joint for this glass of heaven. Reminded me of an adult version of the little drug store milkshake experience I remember as a kid. Not ready to host a kegger with this, but an experience I'll never forget. Worth the visit whenever you're in the area.
