25.4 oz bottle was poured into an Omer tulip that came in the gift pack.

Appearance: This beer poured a crazy billowy head. It has reduced partially and left some crazy lacing on the glass. It is a pale yellow color with great clarity and vision of gently moving bubbles coming up the glass.

Smell: Bready malts, vanilla, spices, Belgian candy, grassy hops, yeasty esters, and some alcohol.

Taste: Everything mentioned above with some lingering hop bitterness.

Mouthfeel: Smooth, chewy, medium bodied, medium carbonation, subtle bitterness, and quite enjoyable.

Overall: A really nice BSPA. Awesome gift pack and can't wait to enjoy the second bottle.

A: The beer is clear golden yellow in color and has a moderate to high amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a finger and a half high white head that slowly died down, leaving a thin head covering the surface and lots of lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of fruity yeast are present in the nose (apples seem to stand out in particular) along with some hints of peppery spices. The smell becomes a little stronger as the beer warms up.
T: The taste is similar to the smell and has a light amount of bitterness. Faint hints of alcohol are perceptible.
M: It feels medium-bodied and somewhat dry on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer is a good representation of the style and is also quite drinkable.

330 ml bottle, at home. Poured into a tulip glass. ABV 8%.
Deep golden yellow body with a big, three fingers tall white head. Soapy in texture, with very good retention.
Aroma is fruity, with some alcohol traceable and hops as well.
Nice, bitter and hoppy taste. Even more bitter aftertaste, with a short finish. Some bubblegum as well, makes it extra refreshing.
Qite carbonated, medium thick on the body.
Overall, a very nice and tasty beer.

Corked bottle...poured in chalice.
Big pop...pours a clear white gold.
Significant head with medium sized bottles. A small layer of smaller bubbles lasts until the end.
Aroma of sweet malts, wheat, subtle banana notes.
Big carbonation in the mouthfeel. Needs to open up.
After five minutes the head still remains, aroma is still sweet, and mouthfeel is still big!
Flavors of sweet malt, candy sugar, white pepper, slight grapefruit rind, citrus hops, powdered sugar, amber malts, French bread....I'll let sit another five minutes.
Yeah...a little time helps reduce the big carbonation that in the beginning gets in the way of tasting this brew. This blond is not smooth and easy, nor rough, but has enough body and unique esters from the yeast and overall recipe to give it intrigue. As I drink it I notice...it doesn't just flow down the hatch. That said, you notice this beer from the tasty nuggets and the unexpected mouth tantalizers. Overall tasty, big bodied, refreshing, and challenging in a beer hunter fun manner...not for everyone, but I appreciate the experience.
After opening up this brew will go well with salads, cheese, mussels, scones and cakes, amongst other culinary treats.

Several days of drinking hoppy beers requires a break, and a Belgian is one way to go. This Belgian blond comes from a 330 ml bottle. On to the beer:

Just a beautiful contrast between liquid and foam. An inch thich of lush soapy head just sits on top of toasted orange, and in a wide Orval chalice, looks lovely. The aroma is powerful, medicinal, sweet with honey, and fruity like orange flavored Cold-Eeze. Not the best smelling beer I've come acorss.

Not the best tasting either. It tastes disjointed and the overall flavor just isn' t very appealing. There's a little honey at first, which is quickly sappedand turend into a vague bitterness. Wildflowers add a floral accent. Tastes grainy too, which really kills the mood. Probably its best aspect being the 8% alcohol hidden. A light and airy mouthfeel with gentle carbonation is a bit of a moral victory in the scheme of this beer.

No like. I'm going back to the well....

Pours a hazy, creamy yellow. Medium white head, with amazing lacing.

Nose is full of unmalted wheat, faint white bread, sugar.

Beautiful pale malts, with their sugary brioche like bread flavor. Faint wheat, creamy, light. Sweet, with a dry finish that is sparkling and tart.

Mouthfeel is creamy, high in carbonation, and masks the alcohol well.

Overall a fantastic brew.
