Transcribed from my tasting notebook.
This one is a much lighter reddish brown in color and once again remarkably translucent for a barrel-aged brew. The body is on the edge between medium and light thickness, and carbonation is quite lively, presenting almost as a sparkling cider in texture. The apple brandy treatment presents not quite as boozey hot as one would expect, in fact it seems to add dollops of dry apple flavor and scent to the lovely mix of dark fruits and bready malts that is Dedication. Comes across in nose and flavor as a caramel apple flavored Dubbel with dark fruit preserves on top of toasted bread. Integrated quite well and nothing seems jarring or out of place. I really hope this one comes back around again in the future some time.

3 oz tap pour into a tasting glass at Vintage Brewing Co. in Madison, WI during Madison beer week.
A - Clear blood red with a low tan head. No retention or lace left on the glass.
S - Noticeable notes of apple wood are quite refreshing! They waft out even stronger with a nice swirl. Great Belgian nuances; classic yeast and low fruity esters.
T - This one is more dubbel than barrel-aged. It's mellow and smooth. The apple wood comes through to a T. Nice esters from the yeast and toasty caramel malt!
M - This one is a little lighter in body with some high carbonation, it's a rather crisp dubbel.
O - Great barrel nuances without too much alcohol heat in this one, it's a very well-aged brew!
