Sampled 10/9/2010 at the brewpub.

Pours dark red, a little hazy, pretty good head, lace, and retention.

Aroma is caramel, sugar, malt, and bread. Very nice.

Flavor is sweet caramel, malt, slight chalkiness, and a little cherry. Medium bitterness.

Body is medium/heavy and very drinkable and very enjoyable.
