Tap at Peppercorns.
Light fizzy foamy head at least fades slowly, little lacing, mostly clear darker mahogany brown almost chestnut color.
Nose brings a sweet brown malt character, some caramel and nutty toffee like, brown sugar, an interesting earthy smoke character that's quite light, a bit of a raw unfermented wort character and sweetness, a light toasty brown malt and various crystal malt characters, a light creamy character and hint of dark malt.
Taste starts with a dough like grainy bready malt, sweet but toasty brown malts, almost chewy and creamy, with nutty toffee, brown sugar, caramel, but mild on all and mild sweetness. Hops cut in with an earthy slight spicy pine character, a little herbal even, and fair bitterness. Brown malts turn slightly to coffee like with brown sugar and caramel in it. There is a hint of earthy smoke and tobacco like flavor with the earthy herbal characters. Finish is drier with nice bitterness, earthy spicy slight herbal hops mostly lingering with touch of brown malts.
Mouth is med bod, slight creamy, nice carb.
Overall interesting but nothing too special. Nice malt character, interesting but not too good on the hops, still fairly tasty.

Brewed to compliment the cigar smoking experience at Smokey Joe's. Enjoyed at Peppercorns.
A - Poured a crystal clear brown hue with a thin quarter inch head that fades to leave light lacing and thin wisps. More of a poor pour than the beers fault.
S - Aromas of light caramel, slight spicy hops, light roast.
T - Taste is nice caramel, roasted malts, earthy almost slightly smokey with s lingering bitter finish. Makes up for the slightly lackluster nose.
M - Mouthfeel is nicely carbonated, crisp, clean.
O - Overall this was a solid offering from Wormtown. I imagine that this would go nicely with a cigar.
