Description from brewer:
"This 100% pinot noir barrel fermented session sour is aged
ten months after fermentation, on whole barberries and
indian amla fruit prior to blending. Dark wheat, dark
munich, and carafa malts give this black brew its hint of
roast and deep, malty body. Massive jammy notes prevail
from the use of barberries, with hints of tropical perfume
from the amla fruit."

Dark amber brown with a thin off white head.

Tart, vinous fruit blends nicely with wheat notes. Lightly sweet, berry finish.

Wheat lends to a pleasant, full body with medium prickly carbonation.

A very well balanced beer, nice contrast between tart/sour and sweet fruits, with a nice malt backbone.
