Poured from a growler into a pint glass. Reviewed live.
A- Small white fluffy head, nice lacing. Orange-brown color with little clarity. Well carbonated. Not much more to say about it.
S- Floral, light fruits and citrusy hops. Subtle but appealing.
T- Very light, floral and some spiciness. I'd like to know what hops they used, because it is quite lovely.
M- Substantive and smooth. Good feel!
O- Very pleased with this beer.
Serving type: growler

On tap at Fire on the Mountain Interstate location.
A - First thought was, "This is a Pale Ale." Light orange in color with a huge foamy cream colored head. The Head lasts forever and leaves some streaks of lacing on the glass.
S - Wheat, barley, and slightly earthy.
T - Wheat, roasted malts, almost like wheat toast.
D - High carbonation, medium body.
O - Decent, but nothing special.
Serving type: on-tap
