On tap at the Berliner Bash. Served in a taster.
Appearance - Murky deep orange. Doesn't look like a berliner. A few wisps on the surface.
Smell - Wow it smells like a mojito. Mint is over the top. Lime. Acidity. Some malt. No really barrel.
Taste - Still tastes like a mojito. Lots of caramel. Vanilla comes through too. That's gotta be the barrel here. Mint is incredibly strong. Lime comes out a lot too. Caramel malt. Some oak. Maybe I'm imagining that.
Mouthfeel - Heavy and malty for the style. Pretty sour.
Overall - I feel like the mojito flavors are covering up some off flavors that just peak out a bit.
Serving type: on-tap
