A: Lemon yellow, translucent. Small white head, fizzy but with a good retention.
S: Nose on lemon, floral, very fresh and light.
T: Ont he palate, pale malts come upfront, fine hops, citruses (lemon), light vegetal aromas come after. Nice bitterness.
M: Very light bodied, crips, very easy to drink.

From a growler I had filled a few hours ago at Peg's Cantina.

A very pale straw in color with a nice super-white head.

Fantastic hop aroma of tropical fruit with a hint of herbs and grass.

The tropical aromas carry over to the taste, which is big on flavors of pineapple, guava and more. Being under 5 percent alcohol, the malt flavors are muted, but far from invisible. I imagine the hop aromas and flavors would fade very quickly; fortunately, drinking beer from the source eliminates the danger of stale brew.

Body isn't watery.

Cycle Brewing's description is accurate: This is a session pale ale that's also a hop bomb. A nice diversion from beers with 7+ percent alcohol.

Thanks to djmichaelk for sending me this fresh growler.

Pours a thick straw with a large pristine white head.

Smells great--bitter grapefruit, juicy orange and pineapple, lots of fruit, sweet and bitter at once. Smells like a hopped up IPA not a pale

Hmm, taste is a little different--tangy lemon lime, some juicy mango, hints of grapefruit. Fairly sweet at first, lots of zesty citrus, fades into a more bitter finish. Purty tasty, not quite as much of a hop bomb as I expected from the nose.

Carbonation is decent, mouthfeel kindof oily, nothing wrong with it but I imagine it was more impressive before spending several days in a growler.

Very nice pale ale, wouldn't complain about having this around as a session beer.

On tap at Peg’s brewpub. Cycle brewing series. Bitter, big IBU taste, from big citra? But always hard to tell the hops. Grapefruit, lemon, a little astringent. Cloudy grapefruit colour. Hoppy aroma.Very decent pale, outside of the acid. Sutably carbonated.

First had: on tap at Peg's, Gulfport, FL

Extremely tasty pale ale here, verging on IPA territory, and reminiscent of the fresh hoppy goodness you'd expect from Hill Farmstead. Pale banana yellow liquid, cloudy, loaded with floaties, with a nice white head that receded to a thick ringlet and left lots of lacing on the glass. Burst of fresh hops in the nose, lemon zest and fresh-cut grass. Taste was similarly crisp and hoppy, lemon, grass, with a biscuity pale malt base that took a back seat, but was still present, blending with the hops mid- to end-palate to create a somewhat floral effect. Crisp, medium body, refreshing and full of flavor. Very nice overall.
