Poured from a tap into a pint glass at KnB Wine Cellar’s in San Diego, Calif. Color was cloudy and dark grassy. Slight lacing on top of the pour that dissipated after two or three minutes.

Smelled of banana, cloves and wheat. Pretty good nose.

Good first taste, banana heavy. Smooth finish, but still predominantly banana. Banana bread in there late, too.

Nice balance throughout. Fairly refreshing. Highly carbonated.

Overall this was a pretty good hefe. Good flavors, clean and crisp.
