this bottle probably has some age to it, and I am still very impressed. I bought this bottle in Muenster, IN the weekend of DLD and am just now getting to crack it open. Needless to say, I thoroughly enjoyed. Now the review.
A - beautiful amber orange color, glass almost glows. Poured into a pub glass, not much head was present upon being poured, but it stayed the whole time with just a little bit of lacing.
S - exceptional, smells like fresh oranges, with just a little bit of pine on the end. I found myself diving my nose in the glass constantly.
T - very tasty beer. I wish I had this fresh. The citrus is on the front of the pallet and lasts for much of the sip. Faint pine on the back end that fades smoothly. Not a huge hop bomb, but a great citrus flavor.
M - almost dances on the tongue, not boozy at all. The citrus gives touch of tingling. Very easy to drink, and the mouthfeel makes me go back for more.
O - Will seek this beer out. Does not distribute here, so I will have to trade to get it, but will most definetly try to get this beer as often as I can get it. A new favorite. If you like citrus, this is a great beer to try.
