This light Czech lager is pretty much where it is at when it comes to the Czech pilsner style of beer.
Beautifully golden, topped with a fine rocky head that clings around until the beer is all gone.
The aroma is pure Saaz hops, grassy, lemony, peppery. The taste is slightly malty, crisp, dry and moreish beyond words.
This is simply the benchmark against which all pale lagers should be measured.

Phenomenal example of a Czech Pils, could drink for days.

my first from these guys, served on tap, and very foamy and active from the faucet, takes while to settle out into a drinkable looking beer, bright golden, light bodied, rather clear, and clinging to this epic airy white head, looks more belgian than german in my glass. aroma is a little sweet to me, and with a distinctly european malt base that isnt german pils to me, not that crackery dry cereal thing, but something else, a little more sweet, like almost honey forward, floral and softly baked, definitely a little different. the lager yeast is minimal in nose and taste, and the flavor is quite mild, just kind of tastes like european lager, just that its a little more sweet than most, and kind if lingers, it lacks refreshment value even when ice cold, and even though its well carbonated and low alcohol, feels a little heavier than some of its peers to me as a result of the remaining sugar. i like the old world vibe, the mellow nature of it, and the way it works with richer or spicier foods, but it didnt really stand out to me the way i thought it would. i would love to try the 12 if that one just is fermented down to dry. next time i see it i will...

On tap at Redlight Redlight. Clear golden body. Smells of sweet bready malt, herbaceous and spicy hops. Distinctive floral and bready combination that seems to only come from Czech Pilsners. Tastes of herbal hops right off. Spicy hops build. Bready and doughy malts permeate. It's even a little sweet. Medium body. Malty and spicy. Excellent.

On tap at The Beer Market in Rochester, NY.
This one pours a clear golden yellow, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells like honey, pilsner malt, grassy hops, and toasted bread.
This poured with a surprisingly creamy taste to it, with a nice biscuity and slightly malt character, and a hint of hop bitterness. The keg was pouring slightly weirdly, so I don't know if this is the exact intended flavor. Nonetheless, it's still pretty tasty.
This has an awesomely creamy feel to it, with a high level of drinkability, and a fruity finish.
I'm always down to try new actual Czech lagers.

Poured into pilsner glass from tap, pillowy 2 finger cream colored head, good retention and lacing. Smells of cracker, some lemon and slight grassiness. Taste is crisp biscuit malt on the front, some slight lemon tartness in the middle and a grassy spicy dry finish. Great mouthfeel for a 4% beer. Loving Poland after only 2 days.
