Notes:
A citrusy and refreshing Belgian-style pale ale hopped with Cascade, Citra, and whole Crystal hops for massive aromas and flavors! Fermented with our Belgian Wit yeast for an extra dose of complexity, this one is very drinkable and extremely aromatic.

Thanks to duff27 for the share!
poured into tulip glass.
reviewed from notes taken on 1/17/13.
Appearance: Golden pale yellow bodied beeer with a short lived thick white cap that drops down to almost nothing.
Smell: Citrusy and fruity with a light bready malt. hint of yeast.
Taste: light to moderate bitterness. Grass, citrusy, floral and fruity hops. Light bready malts and a touch of yeast.
Mouthfeel: light body with moderate carbonation. Really drinkable. Well carbonationed.
Overall: Really nice belgian Pale ale. Didnt blow the doors off, but really solid all around. nice local beer made by revolution!

a nice clean copper/amber pour with a finger of white head. smells of citrusy hops, pineapple, pine, caramel, with a slight hint of bell pepper.. seems like it's more of an american pale ale with belgian yeast strain perhaps? a delicious hop blast of what seems like citra and cascade, maybe sorachi ace? tons of citrusy grapefruit and pineapple, pine, caramel, all with a nice belgian style backbone of peppery yeast. really liking this one. medium in body with high carbonation makes this real easy to drink, does have a bit of creamy feel to it.
really surprised by this one, a really damn good hoppy american style belgian ale. has all the characteristics of a west coast ipa, with a belgian yeasty taste in the background.

12oz can, pours a deep, golden color with a frothy, eggshell head that fades rather quickly leaving some lacing on the glass. Fruity and juicy nose with plenty of citrus, especially orange rind, some bready malt, and yeast. Fresh tasting with more orange and citrus, juicy, caramel, bready, Belgian yeast. Medium body, ample carbonation. Overall, I really enjoyed this one. I would buy it again. It was both refreshing and complex with nice balance of flavors.
