Very clear, clean honey/golden beer with three fingers worth of white head.
Great complex smell. Strong farmhouse yeast with grassy and floral hops. And sweet.
Pine leads the taste followed by a sweet then peppery taste. Lemon too. And grassy, floral hops come through later in the taste. Big bready yeast body with bolts of yeast in the taste occasionally.
Very interesting beer. Shades of the original LSS with hints of saison and more herbal hop than either.
