A - Dark nutty brown acorn or leather slight head on top that dissipates after a bit

S - A little metallic and malty

T - Nice taste a hint of sweetness, lots of malt, only the tiniest hint of hops, but enough so that it is not too sweet or malty. When it warms up there is some nuttiness, and a tiny bit of roasted something flavor.

M - Somewhat creamy with a small amount of carbonation. I would have liked it with a bit more carbonation as it seems to get a little flat after a while.

D - Definitely drinkable - high alcohol content at 9% but it is not so present in the taste. Tasty but looses its zip a bit after a while.
