12oz bottle, unknown date. Probably 6+ months.

Pours copper/brown, a little red in the glass, with a fair amount of small floaties. More copper or brown than red overall. Thick beige head that holds a foamy cap and leaves tons of sticky lacing.

Aroma is toffee, caramel, bread, brown sugar, with a touch of pine and citrus lurking underneath.

Flavor is brown sugar, toffee, caramel, malty up front, sweet, then the pine and citrus hops come in and finishes with a good bitterness and lingering sweetness.

Full oily mouthfeel with some prickly carbonation.

The aroma was quiet but overall a very good beer. I can tell the hops have died down a bit, but this was brewed with a great malt presence that it is holding up really well.
