first review in more that half a year - have been living off homebrew.
poured from the 22 oz bomber into my New Belgium goblet:

a thick frothy milkshake head of 2+ fingers - settles down to a film quickly and leaves mesium lace.
beautiful brew - cherry red and super clear,

s very sweet - (not much hops to the nose) chocolate and coffee abound.

t- again very sweet- this has gotta be the choclatiest beer I've tasted. the hops come thru a bit more on the tongue.
a bit more hops on the after taste.

m - rich and thick, at 8.8 abv a nice warm alcohol bite.

d - maybe a bit rich but this one grows on me - not bad at all.
special credit to this beer for being from CALIFORNIA!!!
