Poured into bottle-mandated glassware!
A: Bright golden pour as brilliantly clear as beers come. A fizzy white head that persists due to the beer's effervescence.
S: Huge sweet floral aroma right upon opening the bottle. Strong fruity aroma after the pour. Very enticing.
T: Powerfully floral hop flavor with only the lightest bitterness. The floral flavor is augmented by the sweet fruitiness of esters--very apple in character. A crisp bite of hops and modest maltiness that is only apparent in the finish. Will quickly make you wonder where the 9% alcohol went. Just a little warm on the finish. Really quite spectacularly complex.
M: Extremely light and bubbly; must be lots of candi sugar in this brew to hit these gravities with such a light body. Be careful that you don't drink this one too fast.
Spectacular.

Screw cap 12 oz bottle served in pint glass. Beer pours medium yellow, only slightly cloudy, with big bubbles and a nice off-white head. Sweet belgian ale aroma, slightly floral, maybe clover?
Initial taste is much more aggressive than the nose, as much spicy as bitter. The grain bill is pretty seriously pronounced with both wheat and pale barley malts. Moderately heavy mouthfeel is complimented by the substantial carbonation, which in turn brings out the additional flavors of pepper and clove. Very enjoyable and totally drinkable, though there are certainly examples of the style (especially if you're willing to consider Tripels and Belgian Saisons) which are even better.

I poured a bottle into a tulip glass.
Appearance- Cloudy golden orange color with two fingers worth of bubbly head. Fair amount of lacing.
Smell- Wheat malt, coriander, clove, and belgian yeast.
Taste- Sweet fruity taste with banana the most prominent. It also has a clove and coriander spice flavor with notes of bubble gum.
Mouthfeel- Medium bodied and creamy with an above average amount of carbonation.
Overall- Very good and very tasty. This is like a hefeweizen on steroids.

bottle into Duvel glass
appearance: murky orange with bubbly white head
smell: citrus, coriander, wheat, bready notes, clove, slight bubble gum,
taste: bubble gum, vanilla, coriander and some other spices, with a smooth wheat backbone. Very unique and complex flavors, wow.
mouthfeel: highly carbonated, medium bodied
overall: A great beer from Unibroue, all of them are amazing that i've had. This is one of the most flavorful wheat beers i've ever had, lots of spice and bubble gum flavors.

Bottle into a 16 ounce Goose Island Glass
Appearance: dark, murky yellow, light amber colored with a thin white head--pretty much non existent. It looks very bubbly.
Aroma: This beer smells like a classic Belgian style Ale. Fruity, yeasty, sweet.
The taste is sweet like bananas, apple and peaches on the forefront. I can taste the belgian yeast, giving it that classic Trappist characteristic.
The mouthfeel is medium bodied, but it is highly carbonated. Very bubbly and tingly to the palate.
Overall I think this is a classic Belgian style Ale. It is very bubbly and so fruity that it doesn't really taste like beer. It tastes more like a soda.
