Poured from a 750ml bottle:
A- Dark golden-amber hue with a little head
S- Some aromas of sweet apricots and some spices behind that (maybe clove)
T- Malty up front, finishing with some of the spice notes and a slight alcohol burn.
M- Medium bodied and effervescent.
D- Great drinkability and very refreshing for warmer weather. Still had enough body to take it seriously though.

Serving Type - 341ml bottle poured into tulip glass.
Appearance - Pours a cloudy, deep yellow-golden colour. Almost verging on orange. A good three fingers of fluffy white head float on top, and dissipate at a medium rate.
Smell - A truly astounding and complex aroma. I'm sure I'm in over my head here, but here it goes: Light orange peel, coriander, heavy spices (specifically what I can't say exactly) and a good dose of booze.
Taste - Alcohol up front, wich gets even more intense as the beer warms. This is followed by some hints of citrus, mostly bits of orange. A heavy spice flavour is present from start to finish. Other reviewers have pointed out a heavy yeast flavour which I wouldn't have picked up on otherwise, but which is definitely there, in a big way.
Mouthfeel - Heavy carbonation leaves for a crisp, bordering on sharp finish. Mouthfeel is dangerously light, almost fluffy. The beer seems to glide on the tongue.
Overall - 4.5/5

A - A hazy deep yellow with a white head that doesn't linger.
S - Smells slightly of bananas and spices. One of the best smelling tripels that I've had.
T - Spicy but not overpowering; the Unibroue yeast complements this beer nicely. Extremely balanced. I would not have guessed that this beer is 9% ABV.
M - You can definitely tell that this is a bottle-conditioned/refermented ale.
O - A fantastic tripel that's very easy to drink.

It comes in this gorgeous marigold and super hazy with a bit of orange. Little bubbles coming up in it and a head that quickly dissipated.
Bright Belgian yeast with big in your face orange with a lot of breadiness. A first there’s a fruity cherry flavor, peach, orange, tangerine, and Belgian yeast, then there’s a medium round breadiness and creaminess. Also some coriander and clove in there. It’s a very sweet and fruity tripel.
The finish is nice and clean.
It reminds me a lot of La Chouffe with its wonderful fruit and balanced breadiness. I had this blind taste tested with Westmalle and Chimay. This was first. One of the best tripels I’ve had. This is where you want to be if you want sweet and fruitiness for tripels. For more dry and vinous, Westmalle is where it's at.
