It comes in this gorgeous marigold and super hazy with a bit of orange. Little bubbles coming up in it and a head that quickly dissipated.
Bright Belgian yeast with big in your face orange with a lot of breadiness. A first there’s a fruity cherry flavor, peach, orange, tangerine, and Belgian yeast, then there’s a medium round breadiness and creaminess. Also some coriander and clove in there. It’s a very sweet and fruity tripel.
The finish is nice and clean.
It reminds me a lot of La Chouffe with its wonderful fruit and balanced breadiness. I had this blind taste tested with Westmalle and Chimay. This was first. One of the best tripels I’ve had.
