So light and delicate that mere words can't describe it - B de C is amazing. The mouthfeel is lighter than water. It is the lightest liquid I've ever tastest. I'm surprised the bottle doesn't float into the air.

But fear not, there is still flavor! There is just a hint or coriander - although this is my first witbier, it intuitively seems like the right amount. The effect is like drinking dry champagne, but much better. The drinkability, of course, is off the charts.

You could serve this at a wedding in lieu of champagne - it is that luxurious.

What a great hot climate beer. I'll be drinking it all summer long.
