Cold 750mL cork-topped bottle served in pint glass. Beer pours a not quite clear straw pale yellow with big bubbles and a moderate off-white head. Yeasty, wit/Belgian style aroma.

Lots of funky, wheaty wit flavors up front. Fizzy, like a hefeweiss. Flavors are actually very mild and neutral, which makes for a very refreshing beer. Secondary flavors of lemon peel are pleasantly subtle. I don't get much coriander off it, though.

Great execution, if mild, even for the style.
