The color of this beer is brown like a coke or pepsi and has a thin tan head that quickly dissolves leaving a sheet on the surface. The aroma is typical for a dark belgian style beer with banana esters, alcohol and a hint of spices (corriander?). Each sip begins with a sweet malty flavor, moves towards a tingley raisin-banana taste and finishes with alcohol. A sweet stickyness is left behind.
If you like dark belgian beers I would definetly recommend this one. It's full of flavors that leave you wanting more.
