The Ginger Man is a nice laid back place with some cool relaxed seating options. Kind of like a coffee shop. Couches and regular tables available along with a good sized bar. Close parking can be a problem on busy nights.

The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and the beer was served in appropriate glassware and at correct temperature.

A great selection of local brews. I had a great Black IPA out of 512 in Austin and there were many more I wold love to have tried.

I would definitely recommend this place. Lots of other great restaurants in the area as well.

Great location in the Shops at Legacy area right of the North Dallas Tollway. The beer selection is adaquate for the beer lover with the prices are also reasonable. Draft selection was good with a decent bottled beer stock. The Green Flash IPA will be arriving in several weeks so I will be returning to drink a few. I did not have any food from the menu but it was the usual bar fare. My biggest complaint was the very load techno music emminating from the taco bar that is located next door. Staff is friendly and knows their beer. One of the better beer locations in Plano.
