In a tulip.
A perfectly clear pale orange. Brilliant clarity. Two fingers of frothy white foam stick to the glass in thick streaks.
Dry hopping is evident in the aroma: bright and floral. Honeysuckle, orange blossom, grass. Just below is a mound of lightly toasted bread, caramel, mild orange pith. Some spice from the pink peppercorns.
The pepper is way more noticeable in the flavor; a major component. Bitterness sits down hard on the sides of the tongue. Light bready toastiness, mild caramel sweetness, a dollop of honey and big peppercorn bite. Very balanced. A dry, quenching, mild roasted biscuit finish.
Clean, light on the palate. Medium light body, mild prickly carbonation. Holds together well in the mouth. Quaffable.
A metaphor for Arizona breweries: not exciting, but solid. A first effort any of these new breweries could be proud of.

Collaboration beer from four peaks and ten other breweries. They call it an Arizona summer beer, other websites called it an english style session beer.
My review is from memory.
On tap at the brewery,in a pint glass. Copper color with a white head that was gone quickly and no lacing
Smells like hops and grass. Some spice.
Taste is clean with hops mostly, then some malt. I think I got some of the peppercorn in the finish, but maybe I just think so because I know they are in there
Mouthfeel is good carbonation and really clean. VERY easy to drink.
Overall, a good beer. Reminds me of Sierra Nevada, with a bit more spicy aftertaste. I hope the new breweries that haven't started brewing yet will put out beers as good as this one.
