Stopped off here to see what my wife and I can't get in Santa Cruz. Like many other Whole Foods they have a good selection of craft beers- a few Belgian. Some bay area micros such as Santa Cruz Aleworks, etc. We did pick up two four packs of (Matilda from Goose Island and a DFH). However, there wasn't any brews unavailable at my local beer provider in Santa Cruz. Really disappointing in their selection. However, it is a good place to grab some beer for yourself but don't expect the unexpected.

This Whole Foods is in downtown Palo Alto; it's one of the smallest Whole Foods I've been to. The beer selection is also on the smaller side for a Whole Foods, but still pretty good.

Unfortunately, this Whole Foods didn't let me break up their 4 or 6-paks, as most other Whole Foods allow; maybe because they don't go through enough volume.

They do carry a lot of good beers, however, such as Rogue, Stone, but nothing like some of the other Whole Foods in the area like the nearby Los Altos store, which is one of the best I've seen.

This is probably the best beer store in Palo Alto, but you can do better in nearby cities.
