Came out with a thin film of off white head and has a hazy copper colored body.
In he aroma and taste there is a decent caramel trait with a hint of metallic hops.
Feels hearty for a sessionable beer. Overall no too bad but needs a little cleaning up from the yeast.

Six Row's 1st Cask beer. Dry hopped.
A: Cloudy, medium copper, lots of floaties. Thin head.
S: Bready, nice citrusy hop.
T: Follows nose. The dry hop addition really picked this beer up.
M: Light-medium
D: Again, the dry hopping helped this beer a ton. Was a very nice choice to see on cask, 3 of these went down way too fast. Looking forward to the next cask beer from these guys.

A - pours an amber color with a small head
S - smells heavily of corn and bready malts and some stale hops
T - taste follows the nose, except fruitier. I wouldn't have guessed this was an esb
M - full bodied, but watery
D - this isn't a bad beer, but wasn't very impressed. It really didn't fit the esb category, it was more like an old pale al
e. I think I'll go with somthing else next time.

Pours a hazy, copper color. 1/5 inch head of a white color. Good retention and decent lacing. Smells of slight hop, slight sweet malt, slight yeast, and slight dark citrus. Fits the style of an ESB. Mouth feel is slightly smooth and crisp with an average carbonation level. Tastes of hops, sweet malt, slight yeast. Overall, average blend, lacking in body, but nice aroma.

Deep copper orange colored brew. Little to no head to speak of and lace is very thin and spotty.
Smell is clean with bread and grains. Pretty basic and uneventful.
A malty biscuit flavor starts it off followed by a mild citrus hop. The flavor is not unpleasant yet not very complex. Although it calls itself an ESB, it does not have much bitter hop flavor to satisfy the hop-lover's palate.
Light to medium-bodied and a mild, crisp carbonation. Finishes dry.
Overall, its a not a terrible beer yet is weak in flavor, aroma, and complexity. I realize that the brewery is brand new and I imagine they are still working on perfecting the recipe. Hopefully, with some constructive criticism and experimentation, they can create a solid ESB.

To me, the ESB was the weakest brew in their current lineup. Comes out looking nice with the copper color pour, but no head and I'm starting to wonder about it.
Then, no aroma but very subtle malt. Thankfully, the tastes improve with a little sip - warm and inviting toasty bread mixes with the malt backbone. Albeit, still on the weak side - just not enough malt, hop finish and overall flavor to push it up the ladder a rung or two. Still a tasty brew, just not very memorable.
