Lee's Market is located just off of I-75 in the little town of Newport,MI., about twenty miles north of Toledo. It is a family-owned party store that also features a deli(with hot and cold take-out available).
The beer selection includes the standard macros as well as many Michigan craft selections such as Bell's, Atwater,Founder's.Arcadia,Dark Horse, etc, as well as Sierra Nevada, Goose Island, and Sam Adams. Service is friendly and helpful,but a bit more geared to the deli, which does a brisk business at lunchtime.
During the fall and winter, Lee's does a very steady ,if not busy, business with deer processing. You can get everything from tenderloins to sausage and beef jerky from your deer done here. They also do tent rentals and pig roasts.
Overall Lee's Market is a decent place to get craft beer(especially of the Michigan variety) if you happen to be in the area either traveling or after a successful hunt. It's craft beer convenience just off the highway.
