I had the opportunity of spending a couple of nights visiting this place while in Atlanta for the Cask Ale Tasting. With 100+ brews on tap and an impressive bottle selection, this is one fine establishment. The food is bar food, but it is definitely on the upper end of that scale. What really set this place apart was the staff. I had a very knowledgeable bartender who really knew her stuff. Once it was established we were talking serious beer, the owner came over and talked for a while as well. I cannot say enough on how much the service in this place really shined. I've been to other Taco Mac's before, but this one is a stand out.

This Taco Mac just opened so I decided to pay a visit. Service was good - the waitstaff was well-trained, and they did their best for being rather busy, keeping me informed about the progress of my dinner. They brought my beer promptly and the food in a decent amount of time. Their selection of beer is first-rate, with a lot of micros and imports in bottles and on-tap. You can join the "Brewniversity," which is to encourage you to try different beers (and then rate them on Beer Advocate!) and rewards you when you reach certain levels. The Prado is very convenient, so I hope this Taco Mac does plenty of business.
