Served in a pint glass.
Appearance: Superior gold, light bubbles on the body. The usual white head maybe 2/5" off the body (not bad at all). Just looking at it in the glass makes you think it should be part of a commercial.
Smell: Smells bitter if that makes sense, dry hop scent that you will like but not the type you fall in love with.
Taste: Good hop taste, lightly bitter that comes off a notch creamy. Not bad.
Mouth: Medium carbonation, not so sticky as I would like but most pilseners aren't.
Overall: On a hot summer like day like today this beer is much more appreciated. aI do like it and hell yea I would buy it again, Salud!

Poured one finger of head on a clear, golden colored body.
The aroma is grain and barnyard.
The taste is mildly bitter with a honey sweet ending.
The texture is crisp with moderate carbonation.
The taste is too sweet and not bitter enough. Not the greatest pilsener.

Nice golden-amber with a rich, thick white head. Lace is spotty, though.
Aroma is strong and grainy, bordering on skunky. Not bad, still.
Taste is smooth, even creamy somehow. Nicely refreshing lager here, not reflecting any of the "skunkiness" that seemed present in the aroma. Just a highly-enjoyable, drinkable German pils that's well worthy.

A - A little darker yellow than I expected for a Pilsner. Head disapears quicklys with little to no lacing
S - Heavy malt/bread smell to this beer with little to no hop scent. A slight fruity smell to it as the beer warmed in the glass but not very much
T - bready with some earth tones to it. I could taste the grain in it and the slight sweet smell carries over the aftertaste.
O - A decent beer but nothing that I would write home about.

Slightly darker than a typical golden German Pilsener. Modest white head goes quickly to nice lacing and pulling.
Modest but pleasant scent with sweet malts, complex floral Noble hops, hints of ginger and caramel.
Taste is a little more bold than a typical Pilsner with nice malty body, occasional hints of over-ripened apple.
Decent aftertaste but the slight sour-ness seemed to conflict with most foods.

Made a good head that dissipated quickly. It has a rather grassy and malty aroma.
Lower carbonation than the average pilsener. Malt sweetness is predominant in its taste. Not much complex, a little watery. It did not left any aftertaste. No thrills, but I am still figuring out why it did not feel right.

I'mnot sure where I picked this up; likely Krugel's in W-B. I like this pils; very workmanlike and extremely clean. It's an extremely bright gold in the glass but I don't think the head stuckaround long enough. The Wolters is not an aggressively flavored beer but who wants one all the time? Good job and an interesting new item for me.

Golden, but not very bright beer with good resistant white head. Intense aroma of bready malts and herbal hops. Very earthly smell. Rough bready malts in a taste. Hop bitterness is not very prominent. Medium-bodied beer with good carbonation. Mediocre german pilsener.

A: The beer is clear dark yellow in color and has a slight amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a thin layer of bubbles on the surface that faded away into delicate lacing.
S: There are light to moderate aromas of bready hops in the nose along with some hints of floral hops.
T: Like the smell, the taste is filled with flavors of bready malts and has some hints of grain. There is a light amount of accompanying bitterness from the hops.
M: It feels medium-bodied and clean on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation. There are hints of dryness towards the finish.
O: This is a well-balanced beer—it has enough malts to create enough body in the mouthfeel and a good amount of hops to mask any sweetness and give it a little bite. I would have no problem drinking a few of these back to back.

A- It pours a light apple cider like yellow with bubbly head that quickly turns to a light lace ring.
S - Smell is very bread like a dialed down with very little if any hops aroma. I do get some apple and pear like smell though.
T - Wow what a pronounced apple or pear like malt sweetness. If it were any stronger it would be tart or vinegar like but it works pretty good with the overall bread tone of the beer.
M - Light and crisp a very easy drinking Pils that is good even slightly warm.
Overall I don't really see this beer too often but it was a decent take on a German Pilsener.

Poured from an 11.2 oz. bottle into Samuel Adam's pint glass.
Appearance: Pours a clear dark golden with a fizzy white two-finger head that quickly dissipates, leaving moderate lacing on the glass.
Smell: Pretty malty, almost a fruit-like smell as well. Kind of floral as well, but not really any hops detected.
Taste: It's alright, it's extremely bready tasting and very malt-forward. There is almost no hop taste at all in this beer. It's mainly a watery bread taste; it's not horrible, but not very good either.
Mouthfeel: Medium bodied with moderate carbonation, slightly creamy as well.
Overall: A decent German pilsener, but that's all it is. I would take this over Beck's though, but it would be better if it had more hop flavor.

I found wolters pilsener at a bottle shop last one left.
Haven't had this beer in years.
Appearance : small amount of foam with a pale straw color
You can see right through the glass.
Aroma: is a light breadiness almost close to white bread.
And has a slight grassy aroma.
Taste: has a smooth malt taste with a mild amount of bitterness.
Mouthfeel:small amount of bitterness that lingers for a bit
Overall: its still the beer that I remember from when me and my shared while we fished together. If I find it again it'll be my fishing beer.
