A blackish brown beer with a tan head that has excellent lacing and retention. The smell is chocolate, coffee and sweet malts. The taste starts out with a creamy chocolate taste followed by a little coffee, hint of hops and finishes with more chocolate. The mouthfeel is one of the smoothest, creamiest ever for a beer. Overall this is a great tasting must try stout.

This beer poured black, with a decent 3/4 inch head. I wasn't able to pick up a great deal of aroma, only slight hints of malt. It was incredibly creamy and smooth, not doubt helped by the nitro-tap. Modest notes of coffee and chocolate were present. Finished pleasantly soft, with just a hint of maltiness. Excellent Irish stout.

On tap at the North Peak in TC.
Jet balck with an impressive one inch dense head and thick lace. Very Gueness like in appearance.
Smells of dark raosted malts, coffee and chocolate.
Taste is a smooth medium bodied elixir of a clasic dry irish stout.
Very deliscious and satisfying. North Peaks best offering on tap in my opinion.
