Well, I don't have a lot to say about this place but since it hasn't been reviewed yet I'll start. It has maybe 12 taps, nothing earth shattering, but the usual suspects (yard's, flying fish, dogfish head, et al) are on tap. prices are ~$5 a pint. It has a nice feel to it, another faux Irish pub. A little loud perhaps. they have outdoor seating on the Parkway s I was able to sit and gaze at city hall (outside in late november nonetheless). They serve three meals a day here but I didn't eat this time. Nice addition to the Parkway, better beer selection than the Mexican Post and a bit calmer than Tir Na Nog.

A new spot to add to our happy hour rotation. A pub wedged comfortably into the confines of a hotel lobby brought to you by some guys from the old Tir Na Nog crew.
Atmosphere goes for the "authentic" irish feel, without being too dark and confining.
The beer selection is small and average with only 1- 2 beers worth a sniff (DFH 60 and Yards Philly Pale) out of the dozen or so taps (Guinness, Harp, BudMillerCoors yadda yadda). Bottle selection didnt do much for me either.
The service and food are fantastic - knowing the owners, they take great pride in each of these. Servers and barstaff are ultra-attentive, quick and friendly. I've sampled many food items on my 3 visists and am not affraid to declare it as some of the best pub grub in the city (try the pork belly cubano - wow).
I'm still waiting for an "irish" bar with a good beer selection.
Update... now as a happy hour regular i can comment that the beer selection has improved nicely over time, with 2-3 of the taps featuring rotating local and national craft beers and 3-4 bottles of good stuff (Green Flash IPA). It goes to show that management knows their market, but still offers something for even beer geeks like me. Food and service still top notch.

I discovered this place only because I did some work in the bar area. I was asked to come in for a service, and felt right at home from the get-go. It's very homey and warm. 2 stories...with bars both upstairs and downstairs. There's plenty of seating between the two floors. There's seating outside as well, which I'm sure is unavailable in the winter. Food is really good, but the beer selection was small, yet decent. On tap there's about 10-15 with the norms, and about 15 more in bottle. I spoke with the manager personally and they were only opened for a couple days, and therefore said their beer choices were going to grow. The service was very good, mostly all attractive women wearing black uniforms. Prices were very fair...afterall, it's located in center city right down from City Hall and Love Park.
Nice quaint warm little bar.
