Visited ladyface with some awesome BA's MrVonzipper and Alucard4 for MrVonzippers birthday before doing a bottle share
We went on a Saturday and that day they just happen to have live jazz much and being a fan of jazz music I was in heaven. Not only was there good music but damn the servers were so damn nice to look at that it made the experience that much better. The beers here are good the food is great and the prices are reasonable and oh yeah the woman that work their are fucking hot wait did I already say that, what more could you possibly want. Highly recommended

The first stop on our group's travels north from Coachella to Big Sur on 4/18/11, I fell head over heels with the place after 5 minutes and not just because of the view...
I did not know at first that Ladyface referenced the beautiful mountain sprawling behind the back patio, what a location. I could gush over the exterior all day, but the interior is quite lovely as well. The thick long wood tables in the bar area and wood bar top were very welcoming looking though we opted to sidle up to the bar (pretty dead early on a Monday by no surprise). The bartender was very pleasant and attentive, striking up a few conversations with us and the other patrons.
They had quite the selection at the time, the sampler of only their brews filled the 8 glasses plus an extra of the barleywine. I even enjoyed their blonde ale, but I would say their IPA and belgians won me over more. I only had the baked potato soup to hold me over until our next stop, but it was really good.
I've heard nothing but praise for Ladyface in their short existence and I am happy to report it is well deserved. I look forward to another visit when I have money again.

Visited multiple times since its opening.
Atmosphere is good. Crowd varies depending on the night of the week. Weekend nights are usually the loudest so avoid these if you're looking for a more quiet evening. In Agoura Hills so crowd can be a little snooty but generally beer drinkers aren't too high end.
Service can vary as well. Sometimes helped often other times there are some breaks in service. Usually coincides with how busy they are.
Selection is good. Meals are a little smaller but still fill you up. Food is a little different than the traditional beer establishment. More European style selections. Beer selection is good. Ranges from a great DIPA to many belgian selections. About 10 taps of LF beer and 5 guest taps.
A little pricey but definitely worth it. A great place to eat and one of my go to's in the area.

They tap a new cask barrel every Wednesday at 4:00pm, it often lasts until the week-end. The cask they had the week I was there was aged in an old Chardonnay barrel. This pub/restaurant is excellent and I'd give it an A+ rating. They list the food as all natural/organic with no additives. This brewpub looks new and is well designed in a beautiful location with a patio to sit out on when the weather is warmer.
They had TV's on when I was there with English soccer showing yet it doesn't seem to resemble in any way the normal "sports" type bar. This place is well worth the trip to visit.

Visited multiple times over 2010.
They usually have a 6 house beers or so but often times some of them are sold out. They also have a cask of the week which is a neat concept but it makes life difficult for a ticker that doesnt live close by. I hear they are expanding production so hopefully that doesnt mean they won't experiment anymore. I know they have some barrels in the back so we'll see.
The food is great. If you just want something to munch on order the fries. It's a pretty good sized basket and you get to pick the seasoning. The smoked burger is great too.
Service is decent to good depending on the time of day. Most of the employees don't know much about the beer but they are willing to get the info you want and will provide samples.
The place is never too loud, even if it's crowded.
Beautiful area but getting in and out of that parking lot sucks.

I just took my brother and his girlfriend there and i thought it was over all very nice. But the staff seemed a bit pre-occupied and we were left with empty glasses and plates a bit too many time and for too long. But the restaurant iteslf was very nice and the fact that you can stand and watch the brewery was nice in my book. The house beer was pretty much exactly what they stated it was and the styles were well done.
All in all I would recommend them as a place to go if you're in the area. But not someplace i would go out of my way to go find.

After getting the chance to try some of their beers at a different place (Lady Face Blind Ambition and the Red Rye), I decided to get a group together and grab some beers here.
I had been so impressed with the beers I had that I made a list of beers I wanted to have at the brewery. Yet when I got to the place they only had 1 beer out my list of 6 beers I wanted. Needless to say I was disappointed to have to settle for ordering European beers when I was trying to support my local brewery.
The beers I had previously tried were great, and I was even planning on buying growlers to take home. I was told by the bartender that the batches go quickly!
Atmosphere wise, the place it pretty awesome. Great setting, great outside patio.
I guess if you plan to head here, call them in advance and ask if they have any of their own beers available! That's what I was told to do...

Note to self, avoid Augora Hills on the hottest day of the year. It was 111* outside in the San Frenando Valley and my brilliant brother decided it would be a nice time to go check out Ladyface.
This place is just off the 101 and easy to get to and to park at although there is no covered parking and like I said it was bloody hot out there.
The decor is quite nice but a bit frilly for my liking. The artwork is all very delicate and it is all over the place. The patio is great looking but again too hot to hang out there on this trip.
The bartender was cool but a bit hassled. Might have been the heat but who knows.
I got to meet Dave the brewer and owner who was cool but didn't have much time to talk.
I tried a few of the sample beers including the famous chesborough ipa and Belgian style double. They were all good to very good, none great
They had a bunch of their own beers and some guest taps from Port and Russian River.

First time to visit on 7/3/10 mid-afternoon. Greeted upon entry and seated near the bar. An inviting french county decor. Ceiling fans spinning, lots of wood tables with wrought iron legs. Back patio looked pleasant with shade and great views to the namesake "Ladyface Mtn". Service was very good. Brewer was at the bar and was able to chat with him a bit - very nice fellow. Great beer selection of both in house and guest beers including 4 Russian River (Blind Pig, IPA, Consecration, and Pliney!). Had the brand new Saison Sauvignon just released that day. A beautiful farmhouse-style saison aged in sauvignon blanc barrels. Also tasted from the "cask of the week" which was the La Blanche infused with peaches and mango called Hot'Lanta. Had the burger with frites. Both very good. Pints just $5 bucks. Food also reasonable and large portioned. Overall, I'm thrilled to know this is in Agoura Hills right off the Ventura Fwy at Kanan Road. Can't wait to come back again - loved it.

I've been here a few times for beer and growler fills, but didn't want to give it a review until i had a bit of the food. I finally sampled a few of the menu items a couple weeks ago and was just as impressed with what i ate as i have been with what i've been drinking.
Service was a bit brash and seemed irritated by a couple of simple requests; like moving out to the patio and splitting up the check. Other than that service is good.
The atmosphere is good and what you would expect from a Westlake Village crowd, some rich kids who are way too trendy and cool for their own good, some upscale doctor type guys, and of course some cougars. It wasn't all that busy for a Fri. night but there was a comfortable sized crowd.
The beer is really great, the Tripel, IPA, Porter and Wit are all excellent. I was a bit disappointed that their DIPA was out but that just gives me another excuse to go get my growler filled when it comes back on tap.
The food that i had was more on the appetizer side because we showed up late and they have a limited menu after 10, the Pomme Frites and Pretzel were great none the less.
I consider this my local brewpub and am proud to do so. Great place with great beers and I will undoubtedly be back again and again
