Pours a cloudy white color with a fluffy white head. Really awesome nose of yeast, peaches, pineapple, and citrus. A touch of sweet bread, some grass, and a light earthy funk. The flavor has a touch of white pepper, yeast, and cracker malts. An awesome fruitiness of peaches, tons of pineapple, grapefruit, and lemon zest. A bit of acidity and tartness, and a dry finish. Just a great saison.
