A- Small head that quickly dissipates, no lacing, cloudy amber color.
S-Mild raspberry and wheat smells.
T- Very smooth with no bitterness or aftertaste. Not so mild that it doesn't taste like beer. This would be great for someone who is new to beers or doesn't care for strong beer taste.
M- Very thin, low carbonation
O- I like to to buy local beers and try things I have never had before. This one is very easy to drink. I picked this one to try because the men in my life are not found of the stouts I usually bring home. I believe 75th street brewery has won awards for this beer in the past.

Nice hazy golden color, thin white head with some foamy lacing.
The smell was all fresh semisweet raspberry, a little muted.
On the palate you get tart raspberry up front and lemon on the finish. Ends a little dry.
Between light and medium bodied, nice and creamy, coats the tongue.
Very smooth and hit the spot on this 100 degree day. Not a mind-blowing beer but something about it made it amazingly refreshing.

Sample at the brewpub. Pours a hazy straw color with a thin bone white head that burns away quickly. Spotty lacing on the glass. Aroma of tart raspberries and light wheat. Light bodied and crisp with raspberry and citrus flavor primarily, with some sweet malt and wheat underneath. The finish is short and fruity with a lingering raspberry aftertaste. Average all around.

On draft at the brewpub.
Aroma: All raspberry, all the time.
Apperance: Hazy straw yellow with a thin head. Maybe a pink-ish tint.
Flavor: The raspberry does not overpower the beer, which is good. Still tastes a lot like Cowtown Wheat, which is bad.
Mouthfeel: Medium body and a touch of carbonation.
Overall: Not bad for a fruit beer.

I must preface this by saying that I generally dislike this type of beer.
The pour is similar to their Cow Town Wheat - cloudy and yellow/brown. If you don't put your nose into it, you might not know which of the two you got.
The smell is, however, not as subtle. When you lean that beer on your lip, you get malty rasberry sweetness in the nose.
The taste is just too sweet for me and too thin. The body is very weak. I had to give my sample away...couldn't finish it.

Served hazy, cloudy, dull-yellowish hue (like a unfiltered wheat beer), smallish white head, minimal lace. Raspberry is the strongest aroma, faint yeast and wheat is also detectable. Boring raspberry taste, nothing special, one-dimensionalÂ… light mouthfeel, too strongly carbonated (it is like a fruit soda). Not worth trying.

This cloudy bright yellow brew has a prominent but light berry aroma. The raspberry comes through quite obviously in the flavor and couples nicely with an estery yeast strain. The finish is clean and crisp topping off a refreshing tasty brew.
