471 is a small batch, limited edition ale that was created by our Brewmaster to separate the weak from the strong. 471 is a double IPA, that combines Pale, Munich, Caramel-30, Carapils and Torrified Wheat malts, with Chinook, Centennial, Simcoe and Fuggles hops. It has a big sweet mouthfeel, followed by more hoppiness than you've ever had at one time. Enjoy.

A: Thin head with a hazy cider color. Very lazy
carbonation.
S: Sweet and hoppy with the undertones of the
alcohol.
T: Sweet and piney hops that really hit the
back of my tongue hard. The malt is able
to come survive the hoppiness of this
relatively tame imperial IPA.
M/D: This is a well balanced brew that I do
enjoy drinking though its name is not
precisely representative of the product.
I prefer a hoppier imperial and a little
more crispness.

One of my all time favorites. Wish I didn’t have to drive to Colorado

Nothing stood out for me. Average ipa with acholoic notes. Was too bitter.

Strong initial flowery flavor that dissolves into a mid-tone maltiness that's uncharacteristic for a double IPA. The finish is neutral. A good double IPA overall but confusing in some of its flavors.
