Appearance - cloudy yellow with a small whiet head.
Smell - Very softly sour with an undercurrent of sweetness, and a hint of spice.
Taste - Tart lemon and a wheat-like soft sweetness, subtle nutmeg, yeast.
This is not as sharp I a expected a beer brewed with sumac to be. It was tart, but balanced, with a slightly wild character. More than anything, this reminded me of a Lambic Blanche.

Had on tap at the brewery. Brewed with cherries, cherry juice and Sumac (not the poison type).
A: Pours almost clear yellow with pink hues and a finger of white head.
S: Very light malt aroma and a hint of cherry.
T: Starts grassy with light tart cherry. Tad amount of clove and hop bitterness.
M: Light body with good carbonation.
O: Refreshing lighter beer for summer.
