Some Abingdon friends and I shared some Wolf Hills growlers last night and didn't get to this one. Poured into a tulip from a growler. Nice reddish brown color with a two finger beige head. Decent retention with nice lacing. Good looking beer.

Smell is sweet hops with some malt. Smells like a mild, balanced ipa. Very inviting.

Taste is outstanding. Mild hops to start with great malt hop balance in the middle and a smooth malt finish. Really good beer. Wolf Hills rates this at 60 ibu and that seems to be accurate. Balanced.

Mouthfeel is very nice for a red ale. Good carbonation and smooth finish.

Overall a really good beer from a really good brewery. I haven't had even an average beer from Wolf Hills. Always good beers. I wish they were easier to get in Tennessee.
