On-tap at the brewery's tap room served in a standard pint glass a hazy straw yellow with a thin diminishing off white head that slowly diminishes to a ring and leaves decent lacing on the glass. The aroma is crisp lemon zest, spice and sweet malts. The taste is a nice amount of sweet malts with a nice spice kick leaving a nice lingering sweetness. The beer is just about perfect for the style, smooth, crisp, refreshing, and quite quaffable. This is a very enjoyable beer, on I want to see added to the bottled lineup, at least as a summer seasonal.
