Nothing too special, guest tap.
On tap at Cigar City. A little floral honey. Rather plain cream ale, a little Hallertau hops flavour, a bit of honey.Golden colour, a little white head.A tad meady and drinkable on a hot day, like a light mead. I would rather put some New Zealand honey in hot water and skip the carbonation part.

Drinking this while sitting in my Campsite in Salt Springs Florida after a day of motor boating and Stand up paddle boarding.
Looks light Amber with a nice white foamy head that dropped quickly to a very thin ring.
Smells lightly bready, grainy, sweet.
Taste follows the nose, it's a little odd, not unpleasant, vanilla that faded away very quickly and just a bit of honey.
Mouth feel is medium for the style not nearly as creamy as a cream ale should be.
Overall refreshing on a hot day but I probably won't be drinking this again.
Cheers!

8/21/2020 Clear pale amber, not much of a white head recedes quickly to a partial film. Not my favorite look; It has a low dry aroma, not sweet as I would expect; Taste is interesting, not bad, pleasant, not robust, not sweet; mouthfeel. Not flat, but in the neighborhood; Certainly not a great beer, but better than many mainstream beers. A disappointment, actually.
8/26/2020 Drinking from the can. Not so bad as i remembered my first reaction. The taste is a little odd, but not objectionable. Gee, that's what I said last Friday.

It is a pleasant golden color with a nice white head. It smells of honey and malts. The honey isn't very strong. The honey taste is less strong but still present. It is balanced well with the interesting malt and fermentation flavors and grassy earthy hops. The feel is flowing, softy and foamy. Overall, it is s well balanced beer with a good take on honey.

The pour is golden yellow. There is a date on the bottom of the can but it's too small to decipher. The taste is mild honey, mild citrus, & grains. This is an easy drinking ale that would be could to give to macro lager drinker whose looking to broaden his/her palate. I know cream ales are not the boldest of all the beer styles but c'mon mate you guys can do a little better than this. Cheers! B-

On tap at Oak and Stone. In look, aroma, and taste, it's pretty bland. The honey is not strong, but it's a nice change of pace. Not one that I would return to.

Poured from a freshness dated 12 oz. can: clear, golden hue with a quickly receding, foamy white head.
Largely an indistinct fruity aroma, as well as wheat and crackers odors detected.
As with the aroma, the flavor is far from distinctive; however, the introduction of the honey gives this cream ale a semi-sweet, well-rounded flavor and feel. This ale has hints of mango, mandarine, and some wafer-like cracker flavor reminiscent of a Czech pilsner.
The mouthfeel is clean and short-lived, while the carbonation is restrained for the style. Again, no distinctive lingering flavors.
While it is worth seeking out, especially on a hot day, Swamp Head Brewery has much better options.

Golden and a crisp flavor. Honey is not terribly evident. The beer is pleasant, goes down easy. But nothing outstanding. In the Floridian climate, it would be a consistent thirst quencher.
