A - Poured a golden amber color with a one-finger, frothy head. It was long lasting and very bubbly. It left some sudsy sheets of lace on the glass.

S - It smelled yeasty and spicy with a touch of cherry sweetness.

T - It has some of the usual fruitiness that comes with Belgian yeast with a nice spicy bite. Plus, there are mild cherry flavors - not sour but sweet.

M - It was crisp, sharp and smooth. A medium bodied ale with a nice dry bite at the finish.

O - This is one of the better brews going at Broadway. It is more expensive than others because of the amount of cherries required to brew it.

Pours a cloudy, dark salmon color. 1/4 inch head of an off-pink color. Decent retention and decent lacing. Smells of sweet malt, hint of pale malt, slight citrus hops, cherry, and slight yeast. Fits the style of a Saison / Farmhouse ale. Mouth feel is sharp and crisp, with an average carbonation level. Tastes of sweet malt, slight caramel malt, slight cherry, hint of hops, slight yeast, and a hint of spice. Overall, good aroma, body, and blend. The cherry flavor is not too strong, which is the way I like my cherry.
