Came here on a Thursday for lunch. I knew this didn't have the most "impressive" beer selection out there, but I have been wanting to try this restaurant. Walking in, it was actually busier than I expected for the time (around 11-11:30am). The location itself is right on third street in downtown Geneva (a place I truly love) and the decor/quality of the restaurant is quite nice. The waiter was attentive, the food (double chicken Caesar salad) was fantastic, and the beer was nice (90min). While the bottle list was large, they were all readily available bottles. Nonetheless, Wildwood was not a let down and one would be able to find a solid beer or two if they choose to have lunch/dinner there. A good experience.

Haven't tried the restaurant, only the "Lounge" section.
In the lounge there are big comfortable leather armchairs as well as tables and bar seating. Very comfortable and inviting. They have a baby grand piano in the lounge and it seems that on some nights they are an honest-to-goodness piano bar.
I don't believe that they have any beer on tap (I may have seen a Guinness tap but I'm not positive), but they have a reasonably good bottle selection (their website claims 100) including some national and local craft brews including Bell's, DFH and Three Floyds. Even with their respectable bottle selection beer does not seem to be the focus, instead their spirits and cocktails are probably bigger sellers.
I wasn't paying on my visit, but prices seemed average for the area.
Table service was friendly and prompt.
I wouldn't expect the best beer selection in the Chicagoland area, but this place would be ideal for a suit-and-tie business meeting over a cocktail.
